Teacher's Night -
It's Good for You!
Sure, saying "thank you" can make someone else feel great, but did you know that it's also good for you? Researchers have found that expressing gratitude improves your mood, reduces stress, and even reduces the chances of getting sick (Sheldon & Lyubomirsky, 2006; Emmons & Stern, 2013). Sounds like a Thank-a-Gram is just what the doctor ordered.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or ideas of how you can help us say thank you.
